hello gorgeousness! these bohemian crystal chandeliers are custom designed by hans van bentem and sold through rock and royal. based in rotterdam, rock and royal considers every piece they sell a unique exclusive piece of art ~ fully customized to their client's needs. they made their debut in 2006 at the millionaire fair in cannes {also called "a fairy tale for the affluent", this is an exclusive event showcasing the latest offerings from the international luxury goods industry. invite only, of course}. perhaps someday i'll specifiy a piece by rock and royal for a wealthy client? until then, i'll just enjoy the photos of a world i'm entirely unfamiliar with.....

oh dutchbaby you're already designing a gorgeous place.... i can just imagine sand colored marble floors & driftwood-based tables gilted in gold & silver along with your crystal seahorse chandlier and nautilus sink.
funny that, i'm only 25% finnish and i always feel a sense of pride when finnish designers or artists do some thing great too. what is that about pride in our roots, even if they are only a small part of our heritage? interesting....

Unfortunately, Boca do Lobo couldn’t be at because we were showing at other events, but we will definitely try to have Boca do Lobo showing at the next edition.
